Other features: The FlyEye is a lightweight reconnaissance mini-UAV of a fixed-wing type constructed from composite materials, which ensures low radar, thermal, and acoustic signatures. Its purpose is to conduct aerial reconnaissance, surveillance, real-time battlefield monitoring, target acquisition, and artillery fire correction. Launching is performed via a hand toss without requiring a catapult, thereby ensuring crew mobility, while landing occurs autonomously through a parachute deployment onto the fuselage or a planned descent. The payload consists of interchangeable surveillance modules featuring high-resolution daylight and thermal imaging cameras for round-the-clock operations.
