Powered by two marine diesel engines coupled with twin water jets or an azimuth-driven dynamic positioning system, it is equipped with navigation systems including radar, magnetic and gyro compasses, GPS, echosounder, EM log, and AIS. Its heavy armament payload varies by configuration—supporting up to 20 or 40 KUZGUN SSMs, 4 or 8 L-UMTAS SSMs, 8 or 16 CİRİT SSMs, 4 or 8 torpedoes, a 12.7 mm STAMP remote-controlled machine gun, and R-ECM.
