NEWT21 is a Latvian high-tech startup specializing in the design and production of unmanned surface vessels and dual-use composite platforms.
As of August 2026, the company has transitioned from prototyping to serial commercial production of its FOG and RAY units. Both platforms are being supplied to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and have successfully completed operational testing and combat deployment in the Black Sea.
