NATO’s Open Innovation Conference & Expo (NOICE26)

The forum brings together innovation practitioners from across the Alliance to accelerate defense innovation. The program features conference sessions, practical workshops, operational exchanges, and a large-scale exhibition involving over 100 technology companies from the Baltic and Nordic regions.

This year’s focus centers on emerging disruptive technologies, particularly artificial intelligence and quantum solutions. During the event, a workshop led by the NATO-Ukraine Joint Analysis, Training and Education Centre (JATEC) will take place, dedicated to battlefield experience and lessons from the war in Ukraine.
