Auterion Airlogix Joint Venture GmbH is a joint defense technology enterprise established in February 2026 by the American-German company Auterion and the Ukrainian UAV manufacturer Airlogix. The company’s objective is the large-scale production of heavy autonomous AI-powered strike drones for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and NATO member states.
