Other features: The Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Rocket and Launcher System is deployed on new-type patrol boats to engage undersea targets at ranges between 500 and 2,000 meters and depths from 15 to 300 meters, utilizing an automatic laying system that works in tandem with the vessel’s weapon management system and sonar. The system is capable of single or salvo fire – with a salvo interval of 0,8 seconds – and features a stabilized launcher that supports both automatic laying using sonar data and manual backup. Propelled by a reduced-smoke composite propellant, the ASW rocket carries a high-explosive warhead featuring an insensitive munitions characteristic. It employs a time-setting fuze for automatic depth detonation calculated by the fire control computer, which processes navigation and target data provided by the vessel to generate necessary firing parameters.
