Developed using operational experience gained from testing its predecessor, the MV7 platform, in the harsh conditions of the Atlantic Ocean, the vessel can operate in the open sea for up to 7 days without refueling. Its most effective combat configuration features a 12,7 mm gyrostabilized turret, a target acquisition and tracking radar system, and embarked aerial drones. The vessel is designed for round-the-clock reconnaissance, targeting, amphibious assault support, and logistical operations, including delivering fuel and equipment to smaller unmanned surface vehicles.
