Ukrainian defense developer UForce unveiled details about its newest uncrewed surface vessel, the MV11, the largest platform within the Magura family.
Designed by UForce’s R&D bureau in Portugal using international investment, the 12-meter-long, 3.5-meter-wide platform builds on lessons from Atlantic ocean testing of the earlier MV7. Featuring 10 cubic meters of internal space, a payload capacity exceeding 2,200 kg, and an operational range over 2,000 nautical miles with up to seven days of endurance, the vessel is engineered to function as a mobile offshore base for multi-domain operations.
The heavy USV made its public debut on the Dnipro River during Ukraine’s Independence Day celebrations alongside the broader Magura fleet, as reported by Militarnyi.
Project representatives highlight a short-to-medium-range autonomous air defense setup as its primary combat configuration, capable of carrying dozens of aerial interceptors, a target tracking radar, and a gyro-stabilized 12.7 mm remote weapon station. Alternatively, the transport platform can deploy and recharge smaller uncrewed craft, support amphibious operations, and deliver fuel or equipment to forward assets. UForce previously signed a licensing agreement with US-based ReconCraft for domestic American production of the Magura family.
