Other features: The Hunter Eagle features vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) capabilities and relies exclusively on a pure hit-to-kill mechanism without carrying a warhead. It is housed in a sealed, reloadable canister featuring RF-shielding to protect onboard electronics before launch. If a mission is aborted or an engagement misses, the interceptor can return to its launch point, land vertically, and be reused for subsequent missions.
