Other features: The DroneHammer is not a traditional high-altitude loitering drone, but rather a short-range air defense missile system designed to protect a specific perimeter, which is why it does not have a maximum flight altitude rating. For guidance, the system uses unjammable, passively coded laser guidance that is immune to radio-frequency interference. Instead of a traditional explosive charge, the rocket is equipped with a rotating CO₂ canister and shrapnel mechanism that creates a 10-meter lethal shrapnel cloud to minimize collateral damage and neutralize drones without conventional explosives. The platform is versatile in deployment: it can be configured as a shoulder-fired system for infantry or mounted onto various ground vehicles.
