Ukrainian defense developer Temerland has unveiled the Gnom L2, an unmanned ground vehicle engineered to transport heavy military loads across contested and complex terrain. Built upon the company’s Gnom Logistic modular platform currently in service with the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the upgraded variant incorporates higher-capacity batteries, a reinforced cargo structure, and a hybrid wheel-and-track system for enhanced off-road performance.
As reported by Temerland, the vehicle is undergoing active field trials to refine its operational parameters. The system carries up to 210 kg of cargo, achieves a top speed of 12 km/h, and offers an operational range of 50 km, controlled remotely by operators via specialized HotRC hardware.
The Gnom L2 expands Temerland’s broader robotic family focused on frontline battlefield support. Previous developments include the Gnom ND-Recon, introduced last May with six cameras, high-gain microphones, a machine gun, and a tethered drone charging platform. The company is concurrently developing another variant equipped with a robotic arm designed for casualty evacuation, engineering tasks, and mine clearance operations.
