MIRAS Military-Industrial Company is an Azerbaijani state-owned defense company operating within the structure of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, specializing in the development, production, maintenance, and modernization of modern weapons and military equipment. The company’s best-known project is its partnership with the Turkish shipbuilding corporation Dearsan Shipyard, through which joint production facilities for Turkish-designed unmanned surface vehicles (USVs) have been established at MIRAS sites.
