The State Kyiv Design Bureau “Luch” (Luch Design Bureau) is a Ukrainian enterprise specializing in the research, development, and design of missile weaponry, anti-tank missile systems, and precision-guided aviation munitions. The bureau is part of the state-owned Ukroboronprom concern. Its primary specialization includes the design and manufacturing of high-precision missile systems, guided weaponry complexes for armored vehicles and helicopters, as well as advanced anti-ship and surface-to-air missiles.
