TAIS Shipyards (TAIS Gemi İnşa ve Teknoloji A.Ş.) is a defense-industrial alliance (consortium) established by leading private shipbuilding enterprises of Turkey. Founded in 2017, it unites private shipyards including Anadolu Shipyard (ADİK), Sedef Shipbuilding, and Sefine Shipyard. TAIS develops a wide range of naval platforms, including amphibious assault ships (LHD / LST), BORA-family corvettes and frigates, offshore patrol vessels, and fleet replenishment tankers.
